1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling the virtual assistant services provided by To Elevate. Our goal is to ensure complete transparency and a risk-free experience while we work to match you with a highly qualified Virtual Assistant. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

2. Payment and Recruitment Process

  • Immediate Payment & Process Initiation:
    Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation. This payment initiates our recruitment process, which typically takes up to 2 weeks (or less) to find, interview, vet, and prepare candidates.

  • Candidate Selection:
    Our team invests this time to ensure that the selected candidate not only meets your skill requirements but also fits well with your company’s culture and expectations—especially in soft skills.

3. Cancellation Terms

You may cancel our service at any stage. The cancellation conditions vary depending on the stage of the process:

A. Selection Stage

  • Definition: The selection stage is the period during which we present candidates for your review.

  • Cancellation Options:

    • If you determine that none of the candidates meet your expectations, you may request additional candidate options.

    • If you choose to cancel the service during this stage, you will receive an 80% refund of your payment.

B. Onboarding and 60-Day Trial Period

  • Definition: This stage begins once a candidate is onboarded and includes a 60-day trial period.

  • Replacement Guarantee:

    • During the 60-day trial period, if the candidate does not meet your expectations, we will provide a free replacement.

    • Cancellation during or after the trial period may involve transitioning the service. In such cases, please contact us to discuss specific arrangements.

C. Full Cancellation After Onboarding

  • Notice Requirement:

    • For a complete cancellation of services after the trial period, a written notice must be provided at least 35 days in advance.

    • This notice allows us to properly inform the Virtual Assistant and manage all administrative procedures related to the cancellation.

4. Additional Considerations

  • Refunds: Refunds (such as the 80% refund during the selection stage) will be processed in accordance with our standard refund procedures once the cancellation request is approved.

  • Communication: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or another written form of communication to ensure clarity and documentation of your request.
