Welcome to To Elevate. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.


1. Overview of Services

To Elevate connects business owners and companies with pre-vetted, bilingual Remote Professionals (also known as Digital Assistants). These professionals support business operations across administrative, marketing, operational, and delegated tasks. While working under client direction, Remote Professionals are supported, managed, and paid through To Elevate.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear instructions, expectations, and communication channels

  • Maintain a respectful and professional working relationship

  • Ensure timely payment of service fees

  • Cooperate during onboarding and provide access to required tools and systems


3. To Elevate Responsibilities

To Elevate agrees to:

  • Match clients with Remote Professionals aligned with business needs

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and administrative support

  • Require all Remote Professionals to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • Provide onboarding assistance and ongoing performance check-ins


4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • Services are billed monthly in advance

  • Pricing begins at $1,500/month (part-time) and $2,500/month (full-time)

  • Introductory pricing may apply

  • Late payments may result in service interruption or cancellation


5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Services may be canceled with 35 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle

  • Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused hours unless agreed in writing

  • To Elevate may terminate services if terms are violated or the relationship becomes unsustainable


6. Confidentiality

All Remote Professionals sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Confidential business, personal, and intellectual property information is protected during and after the engagement.


7. Intellectual Property

All work created by the assigned Remote Professional during the engagement belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.


8. Limitation of Liability

To Elevate is not liable for damages arising from:

  • Direct interactions between clients and Remote Professionals

  • Client misuse of services or tools

  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., outages, internet failures)

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous month.


9. SMS Messaging Program Terms

DELEGATE TO ELEVATE SMS Program

Program Description

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages from DELEGATE TO ELEVATE related to:

  • Follow-ups after form submissions

  • Consultation scheduling

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service-related communications based on your expressed interest

Message frequency varies and is event-based.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, submit a new form or opt in again through our website, and SMS communications will resume.
